1. Handmade Products

Every product at Dori Dot Collection is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

As each item is handmade, slight variations in color, thread wrapping, embellishment placement, or finishing may occur. These natural variations are part of handcrafted artistry and should not be considered defects.

Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, discounts, or offers without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by future price changes.

Available payment methods may include:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
Online Payment (where available)

3. Orders & Cancellations

An order is considered confirmed once it has been successfully placed through our website.

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled after production has started.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If this happens, any payment received will be refunded where applicable.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made products are created specifically according to the customer's requirements.

For this reason, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production begins.

Please review your design, size, color, and quantity carefully before confirming your order.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery times, shipping charges, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product photographs, logos, brand name, designs, graphics, text, and other materials—is the property of Dori Dot Collection.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

The information provided is accurate and complete.
You have selected the correct product and size.
You have reviewed the product description and policies before purchasing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address and contact information.

8. Product Care

Our handmade bangles should be handled with care.

Damage caused by water, perfumes, chemicals, excessive heat, accidental drops, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to follow the instructions provided in our Jewelry Care Guide.

9. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and website information.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be free from technical errors or interruptions.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

10. Communication

Our team will only contact you regarding your orders, delivery updates, or customer support.

We will never ask for your:

OTP
Debit/Credit Card PIN
Banking Passwords

If you receive such a request claiming to be from Dori Dot Collection, please contact us immediately.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
Courier delays
Government restrictions
Public holidays
Strikes
Technical system failures

In such situations, we will keep customers informed and process orders as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
